FAQ for Sellers

LABE is targeting a public launch in March 2026. Foundation Sellers will get early access in Jan/Feb 2026 to upload stock and set up shops before buyers arrive.
For Foundation Sellers: you get 0% commission for your first 2 months on LABE, then 12% commission per sale after that. LABE absorbs standard UK domestic card processing fees (i.e. the fees our payment provider charges us on UK card payments) for Foundation Sellers for at least your first 12 months on the platform. No buyer fees apply.

After your first 12 months on LABE, our fee structure (including how payment processing fees are handled) may change in line with our Seller Terms, which will be provided to you before you start selling on LABE. We’ll always give reasonable advance notice of any material fee changes.

Fee structures for non-Foundation Sellers will be confirmed and shared before public launch.
Payouts are handled via Stripe, paid directly to your bank account.
Authentic retro/60s–Y2K items, clear product photos, at least 5 items listed, and dispatch within 3–5 days.
LABE's top priority is staying niche and true to authentic 60s–Y2K vintage. Using technology and regular manual checks, we verify sellers and their listings. Those who don't constantly meet authenticity standards may lose their verified status and their place on the platform.
Yes of course. LABE is designed to give higher-quality sellers more visibility compared to platforms crowded with thousands of unknown-quality shops.
Sellers are responsible for shipping orders directly to buyers, just like on other platforms. In future, LABE may offer optional discounted shipping labels to make fulfillment easier.
Through social campaigns, paid ads, curated drops, and seller spotlights. In the first few months, Foundation Sellers will be featured across campaigns to build buyer awareness. As the community grows, LABE will add more targeted promotions and collaborations to bring in new buyers.
LABE is focusing on UK-based sellers during launch. We are planning to expand into the EU next, followed by selected international markets once operations are fully established.
